Eddy Tong Sam, MSc MBCS is also an Information Technology specialist and a member of the professional body – BCS The Chartered Institute for I.T.  He is currently a co-opted member of the executive committee of the BCS Mauritius Section since 2009.  He teaches Cyberlaw on part-time basis at the University of Mauritius and is an I.T. Trainer (MQA approved)
